The easiest way to change your state

Today I’m sharing with you how I could be able to change my state and realization to many things in my life as being native and bad things to being positive and motivating things.

The main thing I’m talking about today is how motion has changed my state during going to work.

The Negative State

I remember couple of years ago I actually heated going to work. Waking up in the morning looked as a way of self-torture.





Although I didn’t hate waking up in the morning because I needed more time to sleep but what I really hated is waking up to go a job I didn’t like at all.




The Decision to Change

What has changed in my life is that I’ve decided to go to work on foot. 

That wasn’t because of I liked to make some kind of work out on the morning – although I’ve always wanted to work out on a consistent basis – but that actually because there were not much regular scheduled transportation to my work.

The irregularity of transportation times that made my commuting to the work looks like a daily battle was all the inspiration I needed to get started.

On a typical day I thought to myself: “Why don’t I just try to go on foot?”

Then I realized it wasn’t so bad at all. The distance were only about four kilometers I traveled in about an hour.




The Turn Over

What happened next was a game changer. I started to read books and listen to audio books and seminars on my phone. 

It has always been my dream to read and to listen to those stuff and to learn more. I remember in earlier years when I used to save many of those books hoping to read them on someday.

It seemed that this day has never come. Only when I started to walk to work then I started to read more books and listen to audio books and seminars about human development and all useful stuff. 

Even technical material I loved much. I had the chance to feed my mind with useful content that filled my mind with positive ideas that left no more space for negativity.

I finally believed what all those self-help writers were talking about. Only when you dedicate time and effort for improving your mind then you start to find the outcome.

Working on a daily basis

Because I worked on it on a daily basis then I’ve got what I’ve been looking for.

Sometimes I walk, sometimes I run and I feel like flying. That feeling of frustration of going to work has gone forever.




Waking up in the morning to go to work had a new meaning for me. It means that I have more time to spend downloading important stuff into my mind.

It meant meeting new people (authors and inventors) and getting in touch with new ideas in the world.

Reading regularly had become like addiction to me.

Human development has changed my way of thinking and looking to the world. Now I’m on my way to learn more about Neuroscience as the scientific approach for human development.

Neuroscience by Coincidence 

After learning more about Neuroscience it seemed like it was the thing I’ve been looking for all my live and didn’t find until only last year.


  • I’ve always wondered; how people seem to be like they are programmed to do stuff?
  • Always asked: why can people be able to simply make things – good or bad – while others think they are far from their reach?
  • What makes people look different after some time they spend training on one field of expertise?


All those questions and more I found in Neuroscience and how the brain works. Just like the computer, you can program your mind.

And you can choose and reprogram that mind with whatever you like.

Today I’ve been listening to Tony Robbins Personal Power tainting course. He has been talking about how to change your mental state through changing you physical state.

I realized that this is exactly what has happened to me.

Walking and running on a consistent basis has helped me go through the state of stress and frustration to the state of happiness, fulfillment and productivity.

Even after changed from the state of thinking only to live day by day I started to think like investors and businessmen to look ahead to see further.

I don’t need to look for the paycheck month after month anymore.

I realized the importance of changing the way one must think to grow in his life.




Swim to Work

If you find walking or running to your work as exhausting task you have to make even before going to the actual exhausting work you have then think again.

I guarantee that your physical fitness will be improved so you can feel energetic and you won’t be tired again at work.

I heard about that guy who went to his work swimming every day. Can you imagine this?

Some people might be hating the idea of going to work on foot, on a bike or running. And that guy goes to his work every day swimming for half an hour!!!

How has he managed to do it?

What we can see for now is that success leaves clues. He just didn’t make his progress without making some effort.

But he has alleviated his performance to become what he wanted to be.

This leaves us questioning about it but that’s a topic for another day.
