You may seem to resist change, but if you work your mind thoughtfully you can notice how much your life has changed in the last decade.
Your personality may have differed completely. You may have acquired new skills you couldn’t have ever imagined you could.
Maybe you have broken old bad habits and gained new good ones. Better or worse, it means that change is possible.
It’s only that we and our brains resist sudden change if we are faced with it at once. But if that change is made on small continuous baby steps it can get finally to a huge achievement.
Think about where you want to be ten years from now. Then find your baby steps that can drive you their. Find your source of motivation.
Keep track on your progress don’t wait for those ten years to assist changes you have made.
Do something new everyday. Make every day better than the day before.
It needs a lot of effort but it’s not impossible. It’s hard but not everyone can do it. That’s because not everyone is so successful.
It’s just that most people are only looking in front of their legs for current situations. Only few of them who dare to look further.
