How to control Arduino from your Android smartphone

In this post I'll show you how to control Arduino from your Android smartphone.

 This requires two major parts;
Arduino circuit
Android phone and application

 In this instructable I found this easy way to make an application to control an LED on and off.

 You can build an interface application for Android using MIT app inventor without having to write any code.
