If you are starting at your professional career or mature life and you have to decide which side would you take feet side or reluctance side, which one would you take?
The easiest and the most straightforward option is choosing reluctance over feet in all aspects of life.
If you had to choose between job security and freelancing career what would you choose?
Choosing between working for someone or working for yourself, what would the answer be?
What would most of the people choose if they had to choose between the easy safe pre-organized vacations or the spontaneous unplanned trips?
Most of people would choose the easy way in most cases. Most people would choose to avoid many of life situations to avoid feeling of pain or suffering.
But let me tell you something. As a long chooser or reluctance over feet I only recently have discovered that living on the reluctance side of life won’t make any good.
If you choose to avoid everything and most situations in life to prevent being hurt that’s totally wrong.
Whatever you try in life, hurt will come to you. Painful experiences will find their way to your life. Bad people will get to meet you someday.
This is not a pessimistic view of life but this is the truth. Life will never be clear from any pain or bad expericnces nor bad people.
If you didn’t see them sooner you will meet them later.
During my studies to myself, other people and patterns in life I found the following:
-The more you see of those situations, the better.
-The sooner you experience pain, the stronger you are.
-The variety of experiences gives you a better ability to handle more situations in your life.
That’s why it is better to go and face more situations in your life than to avoid them.
Then if you find yourself in a situation you feel pain then you must know that this pain is not going to last forever and that you’re not going to feel it again. Once you try something you become the best one knowing it better than those who never had experienced.
In other words, if problems are coming to us, welcome to problems. They make us better everyday.
