إصنع بنفسك شاحن موبايل بالطاقة الشمسية

صنعت شاحن للموبايل بالطاقة الشمسية بطريقة سهلة للغاية

هذا الشاحن عبارة عن لوح شمسي

Solar Panel

تم توصيله بوصلة شاحن المحمول المجهز للسيارة

وهو عبارة عن دائرة ألكترونية بها طرف لإدخال الفولت قيمته

12فولت

عن طريق وصلة الولاعة بالسيارة

اللوحة الشمسية التي استخدمتها تقوم بتوليد

6 فولت

عندما تعرض بالكامل لأشعة الشمس المباشرة

Finally I made it. I've always wanted to make a solar powered phone charger. I'm really obsessed with renewable energy and feel that they are the real future of energy for the humanity.

So I wanted to try to make this solar powered phone charger with the minimalist components and steps.

It's not rocket science. I actually had the idea when I saw it on instructables.

The idea is very simple. You need a solar panel that converts Sunlight intoElectricity. And you also need a constant Voltage source for charging your phone. This constant Voltage source is the car charger.

The charger here does some functions:

Regulating charging voltage and current
Voltage step up or Voltage step down. ( here I used a 6 Volt Solar panel - so I used the charger as a voltage step down circuit )

Step 1: Components and Tools

Here are the components and tools you are going to need:

Components

Solar Panel ( I had a 1.5 watt solar panel win 6 volt output ) ---- > Amazon or eBay, Aliexpress

Phone Charger for car ( I actually found this one but you can buy it ) ---- >Amazon US or eBay, Alixpress , Banggood , Amazon UK , Amazon DE , Amazon FR , Amazon CA , Amazon ES , Amazon IT

Some wires

Tools

Solder iron - to solder the wires into the solar panel ---- > Amazon or eBay ,Aliexpress

Solder Wire - to connect the wire into the solar panel ---- > Amazon or eBay ,Aliexpress

Screw Driver - I used it as a tool for opening the charger ---- > Amazon or eBay ,Aliexpress

Voltmeter - I used it to test the solar panel ----- > Amazon or eBay , Aliexpress

Crocodile Clips - They are the handy connectors that you can rely on for connecting stuff -- Amazon or eBay , Aliexpress

Step 2: Solder Wires Into Solar Panel and Open the Charger

I had a Solar Panel with no wires connected to it. So I had to solder the wires into the back of it with solder iron and solder wire.

I used the Voltmeter to test the Solar Panel. The output Voltage is 6 Volt. with no load.

Then I used the Screw Driver to open the car charger to get its circuit out.

The car charger normally gets its input power from the 12 Volt lighter outlet in the car dashboard to output 5 Volts used for phone charging.

The connector on both sides of the circuit have the negative terminal while the single terminal at the end is the positive one.

Step 3: Connect and Test It in the Sun

Connect the phone charger into the Solar Panel using the Crocodile Clips as the following :

Positive terminal of the Solar Panel to the backward of the charger circuit.
Negative terminal of the Solar Panel to one of the side connectors on the charger circuit.

Put it in the Sun and test it using the your phone and USB cable.

Note that this type of phone charging with direct sunlight and without any battery takes long time to charge your phone due to relatively small charging current.

But finally, it works. If you find yourself in a place where you don't have any Electricity with plenty of Sunshine, give this one a try.

Solar Impulse سولار إمبالس تتجه للقاهرة

أقلعت بالأمس 11 يوليو 2016 الطائرة الشمسية سولار إمبالس من مدينة أشبيلية متجهة إلى مدينة القاهرة فى مصر لتقطع الرحلة خلال 50 ساعة ونصف لتصل يوم 13 يوليو 2016 بإذن الله إلى مطار القاهرة

وتعتبر هذه الرحلة هى الرحلة قبل الأخيرة لتتوقف الطائرة فى القاهرة فى محطتها قبل النهائية ثم تقلع ثانية إلى أبوظبى فى الإمارات لتكمل رحلتها حول العالم التى بدأتها فى عام 2015 من نفس المدينة

استخدام مدهش لبطارية السيارة القديمة A smart usage for old car battery

هل فكرت ماذا يمكنك عمله ببطارية السيارة القديمة ؟

اليوم فكرت فى هذا الموضوع لأننى باستمرار مشغول بقضية إعادة الإستخدام والتدوير

ولأن بطاريات السيارات من المكونات الهامة فى السيارات والتى يتم التخلص منها بصورة دورية ، لذلك تساءلت عن إمكانية إعادة الإستخدام والتدوير لهذه البطاريات

وقمت اليوم بعمل بحث سريع على شبكة الإنترنت فى ذلك الموضوع ، ووجدت موضوعين أساسيين بخصوص هذا الأمر

الأول وهو إعادة الإستخدام

حيث تعتبر الكثير من بطاريات السيارات القديمة بطاريات جيدة للكثير من المشروعات الإلكترونية التى تتطلب البطاريات القابلة للشحن والتفريغ على مراحل طويلة

مثل مشروعات الإضاءة والمحركات والروبوتكس

فلم إذن يتم اعتبار هذه البطاريات قديمة ويتم التخلص منها وكأنها بلا قيمة ؟

ذلك لأن الوظيفة الأساسية لبطارية السيارة هى تشغيل موتور بادئ تشغيل محرك السيارة الأساسى

وهو الذى يسمى المارش

وهو عبارة عن موتور كهربى ذو عزم دوران كبير ولذلك أيضاً يحتاج إلى تيار كبير فى البداية يصل إلى حوالى 400 أمبير فى بعض الأحيان

وحين لا تستطيع البطارية القديمة تقديم هذا التيار للمارش فإنها تعتبر قديمة لأنها لا تستطيع القيام بوظيفتها الأساسية فى إدارة محرك السيارة

ولكن الكثير من هذه البطاريات قد تكون مازالت بحالة جيدة تسمح لها بتقديم التيار الأقل من ذلك قليلاً والإحتفاظ بالشحنة الكهربية بصورة جيدة و التى تتناسب مع المشروعات التى سبق ذكرها

لذلك تعتبر هذه الإستخدامات من قبيل إعادة إستخدام بطارية السيارة

أما الموضوع الثانى فهو يتعلق بإعادة التصنيع

فكلنا يعلم أن الرصاص كمادة أساسية موجودة فى بطاريات السيارات يمكن إعادة تصنيعها فى بطاريات أخرى أو أى صناعات تستخدم مادة الرصاص . وذلك ما يسمى بإعادة التصنيع أو التدوير

ومن هذه الصناعات التى وجدتها من خلال بحثى اليوم هى صناعة حديثة تتعلق بالطاقة النظيفة المتجددة

حيث يمكن بطريقة سهلة وعلمية كيميائية بسيطة تحويل الرصاص الموجود فى بطاريات السيارات القديمة إلى مادة تسمى

بروفيسكايت

Perovskite

وهذه المادة يمكن بدورها استخدامها فى تصنيع خلايا كهروضوئية تستخدم فى توليد الكهرباء من الطاقة الشمسية النظيفة

أليس الموضوع شيقاً جداً ؟

هذا الاكتشاف تم العمل على تنفيذه فى جامعة ماساتشوستس فى الولايات المتحدة الأمريكية

حيث عمل الفريق البحثى على تحويل الرصاص الموجود فى البطاريات القديمة إلى مادة بروفيسكايت ثم إلى ألواح من رقائق كهروضوئية تستخدم فى تحويل الضوء إلى كهرباء ثم قام الفريق البحثى بالعمل على زيادة كفاءة هذه الألواح حتى أنها تعمل بكفاءة تقترب من كفاءة الألواح الشمسية المصنوعة من السيليكون

وتعتبر أهمية هذه العملية أنها تستخدم المادة الخام وهى الرصاص الموجود فى البطاريات القديمة بكميات ضخمة كانت ستتحول إلى نفايات ملوثة للبيئة

وكما يتوقع الخبراء أن هذه الطريقة سوف تصبح صناعة رائجة تستخدم هذه المادة الخام خاصة وأن هناك اتجاه جديد للتخلص من بطاريات الرصاص واستبدالها ببطاريات الليثيوم والنيكل كادميوم

سيارة فنتوري
